Aluminum radiator manufacturers usually make aluminum alloy radiators silver white, which is the natural color of aluminum, as well as black and gold. Among many colors, black has the strongest heat radiation energy. Without adding additional fans or liquids, the heat dissipation efficiency of black is about 5% higher than that of silver white, Other colors such as gold are almost not helpful for heat dissipation performance, and sometimes adding color treatment to the surface can also reduce the heat dissipation performance of aluminum radiators.

So the surface treatment of our previous aluminum profile radiators was all silver white non shiny. However, recently a foreign customer has increased their requirements for surface treatment of aluminum radiators, requiring bright surfaces, upright columns, and no scratches. After the CNC high gloss surface process is completed, the columns need to be hollowed out to increase the heat dissipation area.
