The quality of aluminum profiles comes from both the level of aluminum element contained in their own raw materials and the technical control during their production process. Aluminum radiators, however, regardless of the type of aluminum profile, must pay attention to an aging process, that is, there is an aging control in every step of the production process.

Aging process in the production of aluminum profiles:

1. Manufacturers of ordinary curtain wall profiles, ordinary door and window profiles, industrial profiles, and aluminum radiators must age in the same aging furnace. The temperature inside the furnace should be controlled within the range of 195 ℃± 5 ℃. After reaching the temperature, the furnace should be insulated for 3 hours before being discharged. After being discharged, the fan should be immediately turned on for 20 minutes to cool, and the hardness should be inspected by a quality inspector.

2. Thermal insulation curtain wall profiles and thermal insulation door and window profiles must be aged in the same aging furnace. The temperature inside the furnace should be controlled within the range of 180 ℃ ± 3 ℃. After reaching the temperature, they should be insulated for 3 hours before being discharged. The characteristics of the aluminum radiator should be immediately cooled by blowing for 20 minutes after being discharged, and the hardness should be inspected by the quality inspector.

3. If the aging insulation profile is not enough in the furnace, 1-2 frames of ordinary profiles (with a wall thickness of less than 2.0mm) can be placed in the same furnace for aging, and the aging process shall be executed according to the insulation profile process.

4. When lifting the material into the furnace, the end of the profile and the air guide should be controlled within 80-100mm.

5. When the temperature inside the furnace reaches the required temperature for the aluminum radiator process, the aging worker measures the actual temperature inside the furnace with a glass tube thermometer every 30 minutes and keeps original records.
