Aluminum profile radiator, also known as radiator aluminum profile or sunflower aluminum profile, has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, light weight, good heat dissipation performance, and good energy-saving effect.

The surface of the processed aluminum radiator is treated with anodizing to increase its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appearance.

At present, the commonly used types of heat sink aluminum profiles in China include: electronic, electrical, computer heat sink aluminum profiles, sunflower aluminum profiles heat sinks, aluminum heat sink profiles for power semiconductors, and so on.

There are two main types of aluminum profile radiators: high-pressure cast aluminum and stretched aluminum alloy welding. The main advantages of its aluminum radiator are:

① Aluminum profile radiators have good heat dissipation and obvious energy-saving characteristics. In the same room, if radiators of the same specification are used, the number of aluminum cast sheets is less than that of steel.

② Aluminum profile radiators have good oxidation and corrosion resistance. Aluminum radiator manufacturers do not need to add any additives. The principle is that once aluminum encounters oxygen in the air, it forms a layer of oxide film, which is both tough and dense, preventing further corrosion of the body material.
