1、 When testing extrusion molds with high density teeth and large tongue ratio for aluminum radiators, an aluminum rod must be a short aluminum rod or a pure aluminum rod of 150-200mm.

2、 Before testing the aluminum heat sink profile, the extrusion center must be adjusted, and the extrusion shaft, ingot cylinder, and mold seat discharge port must be on the same centerline.

3、 During the trial mold and normal production process, the heating temperature of the aluminum rod should be ensured between 480-520 ℃.

4、 The heating temperature of the extrusion mold should be controlled around 480 ℃ according to the conventional mold temperature, and the insulation time for flat molds with a diameter of less than 200mm should not be less than 2 hours. If the aluminum radiator is a split mold, the insulation time should be more than 3 hours; Mold with a diameter greater than 200mm should be insulated for 4-6 hours to ensure uniformity between the core temperature of the mold and the external temperature.

5、 Aluminum profile manufacturers must use a cylinder cleaning pad to clean the inner liner of the ingot container and check whether the extrusion machine is running normally before testing or producing the extrusion mold.

6、 At the beginning of mold testing or production, the automatic gear of the extruder is turned off, and the switches of each section are reset to the zero position. Starting from the minimum pressure, slowly start pressing and discharge for about 3-5 minutes. During the aluminum filling process, the main control is to control the pressure. The pressure should be controlled within 100Kg/cm2, and the ammeter data should be within 2-3A. Generally, 80-120Kg/cm2 can be discharged before slowly accelerating. During normal production, the extrusion speed should be based on a pressure less than 120Kg/cm2.

7、 During the trial or production process of the extrusion mold, if any phenomena such as mold blockage, tooth deviation, or large deviation between speed and speed are found, the machine should be immediately stopped and the mold should be unloaded in a point wise manner to avoid scrapping the mold.

8、 During the trial mold or production process, the aluminum profile material discharge port must be unobstructed, and the looseness of the support or fixture should be reasonably controlled according to the discharge situation. Observe the characteristics of aluminum profiles at any time and promptly handle any abnormal situations. When it is necessary to stop the machine, it should be stopped immediately.

9、 During the straightening process of aluminum profile production technology, it is necessary to carefully detect changes before and after, operate in a standardized manner, apply moderate force, and strictly ensure product quality.

10、 According to the requirements of the production plan, the cutting length should be reasonably determined. When sawing, the feeding speed of the sawtooth should not be too fast to avoid damaging the end. The end must be clamped straight to remove burrs and burrs.

11、 The packaging of aluminum profiles should be standardized, including the placement of cushion strips in a reasonable manner to avoid damaging the profiles.

12、 The aging temperature of the aluminum profile is controlled at 190 ± 5 ℃, with insulation for 2.5-4 hours. After being discharged from the furnace, it is air-cooled.
