1. Control of profile radiators. Each profile radiator should be equipped with an inlet and outlet valve, which has manual and automatic adjustment valves. The automatic regulating valve, also known as the profile radiator temperature control valve, allows users to set the temperature of the room. When the room temperature increases, the valve opening decreases, and when the temperature decreases, the valve opening increases, automatically maintaining a constant room temperature. Effectively utilizing solar radiation heat and the heat generated by appliances, personnel, etc. (free heat) to save heating costs for users.

2. The selection of profile radiator pipes can use aluminum profiles. The characteristics include galvanized steel pipes, cross-linked polyethylene pipes, PP-R pipes, aluminum plastic composite pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, composite copper pipes, etc. For independent heating systems, connecting copper pipes and composite copper pipes through welding or compression joints is a very reliable connection method. When using plastic materials for pipes, it is necessary to consider addressing the impact of oxygen penetration and pipe aging on the heating system. Regardless of the type of pipe used in the aluminum profile process to solve thermal expansion and ensure the reliability of the connection method, it is very important.

3. Insulation of profile radiator pipes is generally not required for exposed pipe systems. If there are partially wrapped pipes in the kitchen, PE or rubber plastic pipes can be used for insulation, and polyurethane on-site foam insulation is used.
