In addition, the aluminum radiator does not have the required process bare leakage liner for assembly, which has high overall strength and will not cause deformation and leakage due to careless installation.

There are two main types of aluminum profile oil loaded radiators: high-pressure cast aluminum and stretched aluminum alloy welding. The main advantages of aluminum radiators are:

① Aluminum oil loaded radiators have good heat dissipation and obvious energy-saving characteristics. In the same room, if radiators of the same specification are used, the number of aluminum cast sheets is less than that of steel.

② The aluminum profile oil loaded radiator has good oxidation and corrosion resistance without the need for any additives. Its principle is that once aluminum encounters oxygen in the air, it forms a layer of oxide film, which is both tough and dense, preventing further corrosion of the body material.

Types of Aluminum Profile Oil Loaded Radiators Installation Precautions for Aluminum Profile Oil Loaded Radiators

Firstly, please open the packaging of the aluminum profile oil loaded radiator and install the vent valve and union first.

2. The position of the hole for installing the dedicated hook can be marked on the wall according to the provided installation diagram or relevant requirements.

3. When installing load radiators on aluminum radiators, it is necessary to consider the damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the heating pipes to the radiators.

4. Place the 12 expansion pipes in and flat.

5. Please use an impact drill to drill 12 holes, with a depth that is suitable when the expansion pipe is inserted and its outer edge is flush with the wall.

6. Install the bottom hook and tighten the screws after meeting the requirements.

7. Place the aluminum profile oil loaded radiator on the installed hook at the bottom, adjust the position of the hook by installing the upper hook, and tighten the expansion screw only after it is tightened. When placing the radiator, place the vent valve above.

8. After installing and assembling the pipeline joints, install the pipelines according to the drawing requirements and connect them to the inlet and outlet. Tighten all parts, with the rear side 3.5cm away from the wall and 5cm away from the skirting line.

9. Please input hot water, open the vent valve, and vent until water flows out. The operating pressure of the aluminum profile oil loaded radiator should not exceed 0.12Mpa as listed in the manual.
