Because aluminum alloy has a series of advantages such as low density, light weight, fast heat dissipation, and corrosion resistance, let's take a look at the use of aluminum profile heat sinks in electronic devices!

Simply put, some integrated circuits are used inside electronic products, and integrated circuits are most afraid of high temperatures. The aluminum profile radiator of CNC machine tools has the advantages of light weight, good seismic strength, and high heat exchange efficiency. Structurally, the heat sink is equipped with finned or plug-in aluminum profiles to increase heat dissipation area, accelerate heat conductivity, and achieve low-cost and high-efficiency heat dissipation effects.

At present, the main equipment used in the processing of aluminum profiles includes profile cutting machines, drilling and milling machines, and tapping machines. The most basic production process of aluminum profiles is as follows: the titanium plating process for aluminum profiles belongs to the coating technology. It adds pre plating and electroplating process steps on top of the conventional titanium plating process. The pre plating process involves chemically treating the activated plated parts in an aqueous solution of salt and hydrochloric acid; The plating solution components of the electroplating process include nickel sulfate, nickel chloride, boric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, saccharin, and brightener. This process has the advantages of simplicity, practicality, and good results. The film hardness of the aluminum radiator produced by this process is HV ≈ 1500, and under the same conditions, it is 150 times more wear-resistant than 22 K gold plating. It can be processed into various forms of gold, color, black, and other bright series of aluminum products.
